Terms and conditions

Purpose

These terms govern the contracting of design and manufacturing services for custom products from AMAZING PROJECTS ZZ S.L (Amazing Projects) by companies and professionals.

Services

We design and manufacture custom products on demand: figures, sculptures, trophies, welcome packs, promotional products, packaging, 3D printing, plastic injection moulding and 3D design, among others. Each project is developed individually according to the client's needs.

Ordering process

Before production, the client receives the design or 3D model for approval.

• Client request via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Proposal and quote sent.
• Quote accepted by the client.
• Project starts once the agreed payment is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are those stated in each quote. An initial payment may be requested on acceptance and the balance before delivery.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times depend on the volume and complexity of each project and are stated in the quote. Amazing Projects is not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as transport incidents or changes requested by the client.

Returns

As these are custom products, returns are not accepted once the design has been approved, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Any issue must be reported upon receipt of the order.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

The client guarantees that it holds the rights to the materials it provides (logos, images, characters, photographs of people, etc.). Amazing Projects can sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when a project requires it and, unless otherwise agreed, may show completed work as a reference.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
