Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), this is how we process your personal data.
Data controller
What data we process
- Quote form: name, email, phone (optional), number of pieces, type of service, message and, if you attach one, the file (images, PDF or 3D models) you send us.
- Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: the information you share in the conversation.
- Browsing: only if you accept it in the cookie banner, website usage data through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see Cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To answer your requests for information and quotes, and to manage the project if we reach an agreement.
- To analyse website usage and measure our advertising campaigns, only with your consent.
Legal basis
- Your consent, when you submit the form or accept cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (preparing a quote) and, where applicable, performance of the contract.
- Compliance with legal obligations (for example tax obligations) when you become a client.
How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Attachments are kept in private storage; the download link expires after 90 days and we delete the files once they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's settings.
Who processes your data on our behalf
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use these processors:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and private storage of attachments (servers in Frankfurt, European Union).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): email delivery of form requests.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies.
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@amazingprojectslab.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), private file storage and signed, expiring download links.
