Custom figures – 2025 Olympic Games
Amazing Projects Lab developed a collection of custom figures inspired by participants in the 2025 Olympic Games. Each piece represented a sport and was used as a keepsake of the event, combining personalisation, visual identity and series production.
The challenge01
The project involved producing a series of custom figures for the Spanish team in the context of the Olympic Games, keeping every piece visually consistent even though each one portrayed a different person.
- Portray each person while keeping a uniform style
- Ensure consistent colours, clothing and finishes
- Manage volume production for a high-visibility event
- Stay faithful to individual details
The solution02
We built a production system around a shared design, adapting only individual features to keep the whole collection consistent.
- A base model optimised for series production
- Custom adjustments to faces and key details
- Quality control on every unit
- Standardised processes to ensure consistency
